Optiverse API Documentation
Introduction
Welcome to the Optiverse API documentation. This API allows you to connect and automate integrations with HubSpot, enabling you to streamline your workflows and manage your meeting summaries efficiently.
Installation
To use the HubSpot integration, follow these simple steps:
- Create an account at Optiverse.
- Navigate to the Integrations Settings tab.
- Click on the "Connect" button for HubSpot, choose the features you would like, and confirm the HubSpot account you want to connect.
- You're done! You can adjust the features you want enabled from the same menu.
Manual Push to Deals
- Navigate to one of your recordings. At the top, you can see the HubSpot icon.
- Click on the icon to see a preview of the meeting summary and a list of your HubSpot deals.
- Select the deals you want to push the summary to and click "Push".
- The summary should now be inside your HubSpot deals.
Automations
- From the feature menu mentioned earlier, select the automations you like.
- After having a meeting with the Opti Agent, those automations will be executed automatically.
- Automations enable you to create contacts, and send summaries to contacts or deals in your HubSpot account.
Quick Access Menu
You can also use the quick access menu next to the "Share" button in the meeting interface to manually push summaries to HubSpot. This provides a convenient way to manage your integrations without navigating through multiple settings.
